Branding & Vendor Relations Manager
Full-Time (40 hours)
Our Branding & Vendor Relations Manager will be the Company’s administrative and brand engagement powerhouse. They will make sure everything is running smoothly behind the scenes, and will place a top priority on ensuring our employees, vendors, and clients are well taken care of.
This role is a hybrid model between working in the office (in Smithfield, Virginia) and working remotely. Some time each month will also be spent throughout Hampton Roads and the surrounding areas for meetings.
About the Position:
Handles all social media channels for the Company (no formal social media training is required)
Completes varying administrative tasks, including but not limited to - scheduling staffing for events, maintaining and revising internal documents, responding to client inquiries and communications
Updates and manages the Company website - uploading client galleries, revising package offerings and pricing, etc. (no formal experience is required; the website tasks are intuitive and easily learned)
Creates and fosters vendor relationships, making sure vendors are well taken care of and the Company is consistently growing in size and reach
Plans and executes corporate and other non-wedding events
Focuses on creating a consistent brand voice across channels, and uses that voice to create growth for the Company
Required Qualifications and Attributes:
Must have a flexible schedule, as some tasks may need to be completed on the weekends or in the evenings.
Proficient at Microsoft Office, Gmail, Google Photos, Canva, and Google Drive
Willingness to learn new skills and a desire to grow professionally
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Love of the wedding industry
Top-notch customer service and a desire to go above and beyond in all opportunities to serve our clients, team members, and vendors
Personable, friendly, and outgoing

Ability to lead while still being a team player
Multitasker who knows how to juggle multiple things without letting things slip through the cracks

Ability to lift and move heavy items; squat, run, and climb stairs when needed
Must have a dedicated workspace where video calls can be completed without interruption
Ability to travel throughout the Hampton Roads region and beyond
Preferred Qualifications; not require, but ideal:
Experience in the wedding industry
Desire to be a Lead Coordinator (strongly preferred)
Customer service experience
Administrative experience
Located in or close to Smithfield, Virginia
Compensation:
This is a full-time position. Compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
